These SMS Messaging Terms describe the text messaging program operated by FlowMint LLC (“FlowMint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the TextBack service. By calling a FlowMint phone number, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
FlowMint operates an automated missed-call text-back service. When you call a FlowMint phone number and we are unable to answer, you will receive a single automated SMS reply from FlowMint acknowledging your call and letting you know we will follow up.
This program is operated under the CTIA’s conversational messaging framework: because you initiated contact by calling us, we may send you a single message in direct response related to that call.
How to Sign Up
You opt in to receive our automated text reply by calling one of our published phone numbers. No separate registration, app download, or online form is required.
Our current published number is (434) 442-5467. Additional numbers may be added in the future and will be listed on our website.
What to Expect
Message frequency. You will receive at most one automated message per missed call. FlowMint does not send marketing, promotional, or recurring messages through this program. A typical message reads:
“FlowMint: Thanks for calling! We missed your call and wanted to follow up. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for the rates that apply to your account.
Supported carriers. The program is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket Wireless. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message you receive from us to immediately stop all future automated messages from that number. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT, or STOPALL. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out and no further messages unless you re-subscribe.

Privacy
Your phone number and any associated data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or the content of your call. We may share your phone number with our SMS infrastructure provider (Twilio) as necessary to deliver the automated reply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
