Engage with FlowMint

Let's talk about your site.

Start with a short, low-pressure introductory call — 20 to 30 minutes — to understand where your site is now and what would help. Fill out the form and we'll respond within one business day to schedule the conversation.

Step 1 of 3
What to expect

A simple, low-pressure conversation.

This is how engagements typically start. The first call is short and focused on listening, not pitching.

Introductory call

20 to 30 minutes. We learn about your organization, your current site, what's working, what isn't, and what would help. You learn about our practice and how we work.

Scoping conversation

If there's mutual fit, we schedule a longer conversation to scope an engagement together — what shape it takes, what's included, what it costs, how the working relationship is structured.

Engagement agreement

Once scope is agreed, the engagement is documented in writing — scope, terms, timeline, working norms — before any work begins.

Quick answers

Common questions about the first conversation.

Twenty to thirty minutes. Focused on understanding your situation and answering your questions about our practice.

No. The first conversation is open-ended — it works whether you have a specific project in mind, an upcoming RFP to respond to, or you're just exploring whether we're a partner worth keeping in mind.

We'll tell you directly. We work with a focused set of organization types, and we're transparent when a project is better served by a different practice or a larger agency.

Depends on scope. Structured Site Reviews can typically start within two to three weeks of agreement. Stewardship engagements typically begin on a defined start date (often aligned with a fiscal year or organizational planning cycle).

Yes — we respond to RFPs from organizations whose scope and budget align with our practice. If you have an active RFP, mention it in your message and we'll discuss whether responding makes sense for both parties.
